SCOTTSBLUFF — The local homeschool group, Western Nebraska Home Educators, is in their final stages of preparation for their presentation of “The Prince and the Pauper” by Mark Twain. The group put on a special performance to the delight of the residents at The Village at Regional West on Monday.
