| Ethel Lynette Fisher November 14, 1922 - April 4, 2012 Ethel Lynette Fisher passed at the home of her son and daughter-in-law. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was reunited with her husband of 70 years, Marvin Fisher, on April 4, 2012. He had passed away on Feb. 3, 2012. They were married on Aug. 17, 1941. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Gering Memorial Chapel followed by burial services at West Lawn Cemetery in Gering. The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be sent in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association of Colorado at 455 Sherman Street, Suite #500, Denver, CO 80203. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.geringchapel.com. Lyn was born Nov. 14, 1922 to Harry and Ruby Warnock in Gooding Idaho. She attended and graduated school in Alliance. She was a loyal and caring wife, a fabulous homemaker and also a loving and attentive mother She is survived by her son: Craig Fisher and his wife Debbie White; her daughter: Michelle Hiller and her life partner Sam Butler; grandchildren: Christopher Fisher and his wife Jayme, and Jennifer Goss and her husband Luke, all of Denver; sister: Helen Corbell; brothers: Jack and Dale Warnock and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Marvin; her parents: Harry and Ruby; and infant son: Ronald. | |
