| LaDonna Faye Nyland April 30, 1943 – June 22, 2012 LaDonna Faye (Heimbuck) Nyland, 69 of Gering, left us to be with her father, Harry Heimbuck and their angels up in Heaven on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Regional West Medical Center. Her funeral service was June 27 at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ed Hunzeker officiating. Interment followed at Fairview Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the family to be designated at a later date. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com LaDonna was born on April 30, 1943 in Bayard to Harry and Esther (Rau) Heimbuck. She attended Scottsbluff schools and graduated in 1961. She married Richard Catron and became a mother of three: Deann (Doug) Dougherty of Arvada, Colo., Darin Catron of Scottsbluff and Darla Ramirez of Thornton, Colo. On July 5, 1972, Donna married her “Soul Mate” Wayne Nyland. By marrying him, she then added to her family step-children: Linda (Gary), Bill (Cindy) Nyland both of Grand Junction, Colo., Susan Nyland of Denver, Colo. and Jim Nyland of Vernal, Utah. She enjoyed fishing, camping and loved to play bingo. Donna loved her grandkids: Shayla (Manuel) Chavez of Mitchell, LaTashia (Luis) Urena of Thornton, Colo., Emily and Dominic Dougherty of Arvada, Colo.; great-grandkids: Romello and Zanizeah Chavez and Abbianna and Marzell Urena; three nephews and a host of friends. She is survived by her mother: Esther Heimbuck; and sister: Sharon Clinesmith (Roy) of Scottsbluff. | |
