| Francine Ann New September 11, 1977 – July 20, 2012 Francine Ann New, 34, of Lincoln, formerly of Scottsbluff, died Friday, July 20, 2012 at Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. Funeral services were July 27 at the Intercultural Chapel in Scottsbluff with Pastor Don Mink officiating. Cremation followed at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. Inurnment was at West Lawn Cemetery in Gering. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.dugankramer.com. Francine was born Sept. 11, 1977 in Alliance to Henry William and Pauline Martha (Never Miss A Shot) Poor Bear. She grew up and attended school in Scottsbluff and in 1993 moved to Lincoln where she has lived since. She is survived by her mother: Pauline M. Poor Bear; children: Carlos, Peter Jr., Maileigh, Leanna, Charles, Thomas, Louis and Estrella; sister: Billie Jean Poor Bear of Florida; and brother: Orvel Poor Bear of Lincoln. Francine was preceded in death by her father and two sisters. | |
