2012 Scotts Bluff County Fair - Mud Bog and ATV Racing

The Scotts Bluff County Ag Society is hosting the annual Mud Bog at the Scotts Bluff County Fair on Friday, Aug. 3. Additional entertainment will be a Truck Tug of War and ATV races. Riders are encouraged to challenge their off road driving talent. There will also be an ATV race just for kids. The side-by-side mud racing is divided into classes based on tire size. The ATV races will feature two tracks, an oval with jumps and a drag track filled with barrels. The event will also hold the Action Contractors Mud Dash for Cash. Up for grabs is over $250 in prizes. Competitors can buy pit passes at $15 for adults and $10 for kids 14 and under. All kids will get a carnival pass for participating. The back gate will be open from 3:30-6 p.m. with no late entries. The Mud Bog action starts at 7 p.m. sharp. General admission ticket prices - $7 adults, $4 children 6-12, 5 and under free. For more information call Matt Silverman at (308) 631-3363.
